Lysol antibacterial general cleaner, Windex, Pledge Oil Soap, Power Comet, Liquid Comet,
Brillo Pads, 3M-Scrub Sponges, Du-Maid(Degreaser), Vinegar(Hardwood Floors), Cleaning Cloths,
O'Cedar Light & Thirsty Mop Refills, Lambswool Dusters, High Dusters and Electrolux Vacuums.

| Do the same cleaners come each visit? |
|
We try our best to send the same team members to your home. Although some members may be out
sick or on vacation. We know how important it is to have the same cleaners you know and
trust in your home.

| How will you enter my home on the cleaning day? |
|
Some customers are not home when we service their home. They give us a key to gain entry,
leave a key out or give us the garage code.
|

| When do I pay for my cleaning service? |
|
Payment is due the day of service. We take check or cash (receipt given). Some customers
however have the check directly sent to our office from their bank.
